Engagements. Audits are governed by a Master Services Agreement executed before work begins, incorporating the six Independence Doctrine clauses published at /independence, fixed-fee pricing, and confidentiality terms. Nothing on this site constitutes an engagement, legal advice, or investment advice.

Reports. Reports are point-in-time examinations of provided evidence, with stated confidence levels and limits (methodology). They inform decisions; they do not make them.
