We are new. Our method is not.
INGENIZE was built by an operator who has spent sixteen years doing one thing: finding, vetting, and calibrating senior engineers other firms can't reach — across Ukraine, Central and Eastern Europe, and Latin America. An audit firm is exactly that capability, pointed at evidence.
The bench is the product
Every audit is delivered by two to three reviewers — staff-level engineers and former CTOs — selected for the codebase's stack, calibrated against the published rubric before their first engagement, and named in your report with their prior roles. The founder's job is the part sixteen years of technical talent work trained for: assembling the right calibrated bench in 48 hours and holding it to one method.
No juniors. No anonymous benches. No bait-and-switch between the partner who sells and the people who deliver — the people who deliver are on the cover page.
Staff-level and former-CTO reviewers, named on every report.

No borrowed logos
No fabricated testimonials, no "trusted by" walls of companies that downloaded a PDF once, no invented statistics — every number we use is sourced and dated. Client engagements are confidential by default, which means our proof is our method, our reviewers, our published prices, and the half-back pledge. Early clients get founding pricing precisely because we haven't earned list price's reputation yet. We'd rather say that plainly than decorate around it.
Meet a reviewer before you decide
The scoping call is with a senior reviewer, not a salesperson. There is no salesperson.
